“Your network is either a net that catches you or a net that holds you down.”— Sheréa VéJauan

Look at the people around you.

Do they help you rise—

or keep you right where you are?

Some environments feel supportive…

but quietly keep you stagnant.

They feel safe.

Comfortable.

Familiar.

But not forward-moving.

A real network doesn’t just comfort you—

it stretches you.

It challenges your thinking.

It connects you to opportunities.

It pushes you beyond where you would stay on your own.

Because who you surround yourself with

will either expand your vision

or shrink your potential.

So be intentional.

Choose people who challenge you.

Choose spaces that require your growth.

Choose environments that expect more from you.

Build a network that catches you when you fall…

and pushes you when you’re playing small.

Stay locked in.

Stay consistent.

Finish what you start.
