You’re Allowed to Have Needs | Daily Power Talk (Day 122)

“Having needs doesn’t make you a burden. It makes you human.” — Sheréa VéJauan
Needing rest is not weakness. Needing support is not neediness. Needing grace is not failure.
You were not designed to be endlessly self-sufficient.
The pressure to need nothing from no one is not strength—
it’s isolation disguised as independence.
You are allowed to have needs.
You are allowed to voice them. You are allowed to receive what you need without guilt.
You don’t have to carry everything alone. You don’t have to prove your strength by silence.
Strength also looks like honesty. Like asking. Like allowing yourself to be supported.
Let yourself need. Let yourself receive.
You are allowed to be human.
Stay locked in. Stay consistent. Finish what you start.
