I’m slow, overweight, and out of shape… but that won’t always be true.
What had happened was…
Today I worked out with some people who are fast, in shape, and have zero body fat.
And then there’s me.
Slow.
Overweight.
Completely out of shape.
But here’s the thing I noticed.
They never made me feel like I didn’t belong.
They cheered me on.
Encouraged me.
Gave me dap and said, “Great workout.”
Even when I know I sucked.
Now I’m home… and I can barely walk.
My legs hurt.
My body hurts.
But my spirit feels strong.
Because something important happened today.
The right environment doesn’t shame you for where you are.
It encourages you toward where you’re going.
When you surround yourself with people who are already living the results you want… they don’t make you feel small.
They help you grow into the next version of yourself.
Right now I may be the slowest person in the group.
But I’m not quitting.
And in a few months…
Things will look very different.
This is why community matters.
If you’re serious about growing, setting goals, and becoming a better version of yourself, surround yourself with people who will push you and encourage you at the same time.
That’s exactly what we’re building inside Goal Skool.
Join us at:
Because the person you are today…
Is just the starting point.
